What are your rates?
Carry-in or mail-in estimates on any out of warranty equipment repair is $35.00.
Mail-in return shipping / handling will incur a minimum cost of $20.00
Onsite Service Calls inside the Walla Walla area are $45.00, which covers the 1st ½ hr.
Time is then charged by 15 minute increments at $60.00 per hr.
Onsite Service calls outside the Walla Walla area will incur a travel charge of 30.00  per hr.
All pre-approved in warranty equipment will be covered by their respective warranty clauses .
Mail-in, in-warranty customers will be charged a minimum of $20.00  return shipping.
