| Our Certified Technicians repair and upgrade: | |||
| Computers, Software, Printers, Scanners, Monitors and Specialized Electronic Equipment. We provide on-site service, phone support or mail-in repair. We determine if you have a software or hardware failure and recommend corrective action. Before any work is completed a verbal / written estimate of the repair must be authorized by you. | Carry-in or mail-in estimates on any out of warranty equipment repair is $35.00. | |||
| Mail-in return shipping / handling will incur a minimum cost of $20.00 | |||
|
Onsite Service Calls inside the Walla Walla area are $45.00, which covers the 1st ½ hr. |
|||
| Time is then charged by 15 minute increments at $60.00 per hr. | |||
| Onsite Service calls outside the Walla Walla area will incur a travel charge of 30.00 per hr. | |||
| All pre-approved in warranty equipment will be covered by their respective warranty clauses . | |||
|
Mail-in, in-warranty customers will be charged a minimum of $20.00 return shipping. |
